Recent generation of Wireless mesh network is known as information system with high speed and wide broad band. The most important challenges in such network to provide Quality of Service are related to the way of channel assignment and routing. Present paper proposed Joint QOS Channel Assignment and Routing based on Clustering Protocol (JQCRCP). JQCRCP clusters nodes based on density. The gateway constitutes interference graph and assigns each cluster an orthogonal fixed channel, so, overhead of broadcasting control messages and also inter and intra-cluster interference will be reduced and connectivity will be maintained. In this protocol each node selects channel which satisfies bandwidth threshold by sensing and estimating the available bandwidth. In order to guaranty delay threshold JQCRCP also chooses the best route based on new Link Transmission Delay Metric. The simulation result through NS-2 depicts that Delay decreases as well as increased Packets Delivery Rate.
